Paradise Village Beach Resort & Spa in Nuevo Vallarta offered a safe and clean atmosphere with attentive staff - perfect for families with young children. Gaspar provided excellent service, and Daviela at the kids club was warm and fun, making our stay delightful. The beach, pools, and Mexican-themed nights were highlights, though the all-inclusive option wasn't our preference. Flor, the concierge, was extremely helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable vacation. The two-bedroom suite in the COBA building was comfortable, albeit slightly outdated, but the marina view was lovely. A great experience with wonderful amenities and helpful staff, making it a memorable stay in Mexico.
